Advisor
I continue to advise the business when needed.
I've spent nearly a decade working across content strategy, SEO, digital media, YouTube, distribution and marketing operations.
Most of my background is in organic growth, but over the years my work has expanded into marketing campaigns, team management, analytics, digital asset due diligence, AI workflows, product strategy and building the systems that keep everything moving.
I like figuring out what's working, what isn't, and what needs to be built around it.

From February 2024 to August 2026, I led the strategy and operations behind Good Vibes - Binaural Beats, a YouTube channel with more than 2.4 million subscribers. I continue to advise the business today.
When I took over, the channel had recently been acquired. The team was bloated, responsibilities were scattered, there was no handover documentation, and the operation lacked a proper system.
I centralized the workflow across ClickUp, Google Drive and Slack, built SOPs for musicians, video editors, SEO and community management, and created a clearer pipeline from ideation to publishing.
The team went from 16 people to 7 while the operation continued running smoothly.
Alongside operations, I worked across content strategy, ideation, packaging, publishing, livestreams, analytics and overall channel direction.
During that time, we hit the channel's highest one-day revenue and highest one-day watch time. I also developed repeatable content strategies that continue to create spikes in viewership and revenue.
Over the period, the channel gained more than 500,000 subscribers, generated over 100 million long-form views and brought in close to $1 million in AdSense revenue.
At Terma Project, I worked across SEO, content strategy, website growth and due diligence for digital asset acquisitions.
I spent months evaluating websites across marketplaces like FE International, Empire Flippers and Motion Invest, looking at them from both an SEO and business perspective.
One of the websites I discovered and performed due diligence on was ultimately acquired by the company for a big amount (can't disclose due to NDA).
After the acquisition, we worked on its SEO, content strategy and programmatic SEO.
I also contributed insights across other digital assets and regularly collaborated with people across SEO, marketing and development.
That experience taught me to look at websites not simply as traffic and rankings, but as businesses with growth opportunities, risks, revenue models and underlying economics.
At Onlinekhabar, Nepal's largest digital news and media company, I worked on how content moved from the newsroom to the audience.
My work covered social distribution, SEO, analytics, evergreen content strategy and audience behaviour.
I worked with editors and content teams on search, publishing and distribution, including how different stories should be packaged, when they should be published and how they could be distributed to different audience segments.
A lot of it came down to understanding the audience, testing different approaches and helping good content travel further.
When Google's srsltid parameter suddenly started appearing widely across organic e-commerce search results in 2024, a few of us investigated the problem and quickly built FixSRSLTID.com to document what we were seeing and share solutions.
The site started receiving emails and leads from affected businesses, and during that period we helped several website owners troubleshoot the issue for free.
Our guide was also included by Shopify staff among the resources shared with merchants dealing with the problem.
I'm currently building SortLens, a social media sorting Chrome extension and a social media research tool that helps people sort and find the best-performing content on creator profiles.
It started from a problem I kept running into while researching content.
Building it has pulled me deeper into product thinking, UX, development workflows, AI-assisted coding and distribution.
It sits somewhere between marketing, product and making something I genuinely wanted to use myself.

Content, SEO & Content Marketing
Started with content writing and curation before moving into SEO and content strategy. Worked across multiple content websites on keyword research, content planning, publishing, analytics, organic growth and monetization.
Not everything I've worked on fits inside a full-time role.
I've worked as a freelancer for different projects, and I've also advised SEO teams, media companies, businesses and smaller teams on problems across search, content, distribution, websites, social media and marketing.
I've worked as an SEO advisor to the SEO teams behind GadgetByte Nepal and Hukut.
Their teams have consulted with me on website migrations, technical SEO, ranking changes, sudden traffic drops, website architecture and broader search strategy.
I consulted Sajha Katha, now rebranded as grabNEWS, when its digital presence was still very small.
I helped build its content distribution strategy: how stories moved from production and the newsroom into publishing, YouTube and social media, including packaging, timing and distribution.
Today, the brand has grown to more than 120,000 YouTube subscribers and around 39,000 TikTok followers.
I worked with the editors at Red Voice Nepal to teach SEO fundamentals and publishing best practices that could be incorporated into their editorial workflow.
I currently volunteer as an advisor to the person managing content and social media for Art of Living Hong Kong.
I review the content calendar, go through individual pieces of content and provide feedback on messaging, creative direction, publishing and social strategy.
My role is less about doing the day-to-day publishing and more about providing oversight, maintaining direction and helping improve the quality of what goes out.
I helped Nepal Hills Tea establish its early digital presence, including helping set up its website and putting the initial digital foundation in place before handing it over.
I built the website for Sewa Foundation and helped kick-start its social media presence.
I've also worked with smaller businesses across different categories, including yoga studios and e-commerce brands.
That work has included social media, Meta/Facebook ads, website and content support, and general digital marketing.
My strongest background is in organic growth, SEO, content, distribution and audience growth.
I also love building systems, managing teams, and using AI to automate things.
A lot of my work eventually turns into systems.
I don't believe everything needs to be automated or turned into a complicated process.
But if something happens repeatedly, I usually start wondering whether there's a cleaner way to do it.
I use AI every day, but mostly as a tool rather than a talking point.
I've built custom GPTs and Gems for teams, used AI to turn messy internal knowledge into structured SOPs and built reporting and analytics workflows around LLMs.
I built a custom YouTube analytics dashboard using the YouTube Data API and LLM APIs so I could ask questions directly against channel, video and comment data rather than manually digging through everything.
I've also worked on programmatic SEO projects using LLMs and LangChain.
Sometimes I build things simply because I want them to exist.
One example is a Mac app I built around FFmpeg and a local LLM that can take a short video clip and a piece of music and automatically generate hours of perfectly looped video.
I'm interested in AI when it helps people think better, removes friction or lets a small team do more.
I've worked with a lot of tools over the years. These are some of the ones I'm comfortable with.
Tools change constantly, so remembering every platform I've touched matters less to me than being able to pick up a new one quickly and understand how it fits into the workflow.
I also make content on my own social media when I have something interesting to share.
It's usually around marketing, content, AI, tools, things I'm building or something I've been experimenting with.
If you're building something interesting around content, growth, media, marketing or digital products, I'm always happy to have a conversation.
I live in Hong Kong 🇭🇰, but I am originally from Nepal 🇳🇵.
